Carly started out in Organization Management and the Wellness and Health field in 1986 Consulting Businesses, Families, the Entertainment Industry and Individuals on the Mind, Body, Spirit Connection, However; Singing, Acting and the stage was always going on in the background, literally since the 6th grade. Carly’s Chief Aim is to Bridge the East and the West using various Methodologies: Multi-Sensory, Multi-Media, Psychology, Philosophy, Theologies, NLP, Hypnotherapy, Feng Shui, Energetics, Organization Management, Structure and Implementation, Conscious Hiring and Policies, Effective Authentic Win-Win Communications using Compassionate Passionate Communications, Team Leadership Building using Conscious Business Collaboration, and Co-Creating with others using Creative Conscious Co-Creation, and Overall Wellness, Health and Fitness.
Because Carly’s background is so vast and unique she has developed a blue print she created for the Production industry that is an incredible balance of various aspects for the Mind, Body, Business and Spirit and takes all Production to a whole new level.
A Process that includes taking Clients from Cocoon to Flight™ Thru Learning, Playing, and Growing™ thru Creative Conscious Co-Creation.™ Carly’s Daily motivation for getting up each day is her Passion for Creativity, and inspiring, empowering others to Live full out, open, aware, fun, compassionate, passionate, giving, loving, healthy, abundant life’s and taking all of that into all aspects of their home life’s and work.

Be open to all feedback, take 100% responsibility, as we are the Actors, Producers and Directors of our own lifes's. At the end of the day how I choose to respond and or react is a choice. Carly Alyssa Thorne Opened her 1st Conscious Business in 1988 Called Learning, Playing and Growing Inc. back East. Empowering individuality, thru Arts, Education, Play and Organic Healthy Nutrition and lifestyle. This is where her Passion and Curiosity grew about the the Mind, Body, Spirit Connections working with Children, Hospice and the disabled population of all types and ages. The Spirit of the disabled Empowered her, to also look within and Transform her own conflicts from having grown up with Severe Abuse, illness and undergoing 26 surgeries to date.
Her last Wellness Center was back East in 2002-Celestial Wellness and Fitness Studio. A Boutique Business she created after having lost her Consulting job on Medical Cases for a Fitness Firm she worked for at World Trade Center Tower #2. Having missed the Planes by One Hour, Carly Got Clear on a few things… Life is Precious and I want to Reach out to as Many People as I Possibly Can thru Consulting and Media.
Carly having Signed Numerous NDA’s has worked with Top Speakers, Leaders, CEO’s, Various Productions and Fortune 500 Companies and is now in the process of Writing Several books one of which is her Autobiography “SOS to CAT from Cocoon to Flight” and Launching Transformations Life Center- Hub Central for the Various Tranformational Businesses.
Having Grow up overseas since the age of 5 in Mexico, Venenzuela, and Brazil, and Traveling extensively and having been under the Public eye and; Scrutiny constantly due to family bussiness, she understands and values others Privacy and thus until now has remained a Private Consultant, The Transformationlist Behind the Curtain… Carly is NOW Ready to be in front of the curtain to Create Massive Global Transformations thru her Consulting and Media Platforms.
Carly has been involved in many productions as: Associate Producer, Producer and Director of documentaries, videos and shorts. She has done everything from Make-up, Wardrobe to running the Green rooms in her active days of Acting and set work. She has Interviewed many top speakers in self-development: Bob Burg, Larry Winget, Warren Whitlock etc… as well as actors and musicians: Adoni Maropis, Jahna Perricone, Shawn Gallaway and many more… Carly loves interviewing and helping promote new and upcoming talent.
Along with her production skills, Carly has extensive experience with color therapy, NLP, Hypno, Platforms and Presentations. Carly has handled events as large as 4000 people, Larger Budget Productions, Indies, and low-budgets features.

David Rohlfs
David is our amazing Production Manager, Creative Consultant, Location scout, sometimes Editor and Camera man. Over the years David has worked on many different productions form live events to films, TV, and commercials. David has filled various rolls from PA to lighting to cam operator to grip /gaffer, sound, live A/V Tech, producer, production coordinator, pre and post edit, location scout, creative consulting, creative marketing concept design to producing web content.
David is a perfect blend of intuition and logic when it comes to these rolls. David has also had extensive experience in the customer service, retail sales industry were he was consistently one of the top performers in any store he was put in. This is where he really honed his consulting skills using his ability to find out what the client needs were. Applying his passion, creativity and combining experience with many cultures and back rounds, David can offer many innovative cost effective solutions and get the results that the client needs, wants, and expects.

Shawn Gallaway
Shawn is Our Amazing, Awesome Songwriter, Singer, Visual Artist, & Facilitator Muse… Shawn Gallaway, The Singing Sage, is a singer songwriter, visual artist, author, ceremonial healer, workshop facilitator, energy worker and Certified Lifeline Practitioner. He has traveled throughout the world sharing his message of healing through the arts, branding Conscious Music a movement calling attention to the significance and to the consequences choice has in our lives.
Recently, Shawn shared the stage with authors Gregg Braden, Bruce Lipton, Robert Holden and with rock and pop masters Orleans and Friends. He also had the high honor of being present for the showing of his I Choose Love music video during the presentation of a Freedom Award by the Civil Right’s Museum in Memphis, Tennessee to his Holiness the Dalai Lama.
As a workshop facilitator and a ceremonial healer, Shawn has assisted and blessed many over the years with his keen insight and his ability to bring a sense of humor to the healing process. He is also a screenwriter whose current passion is producing and combining all his gifts into a multimedia theater production and film called The Choice.
The Choice can best be described as a healing experience that can enlighten and inspire the masses into loving action in the world through the use of the arts. Vito is one of our Awesome Composers and Co-Producers… David Vito Gregoli is a Composer/Producer/Multi Instrumentalist. His music is diverse & intense as well as passionate and romantic.
“Listening to the radio as a kid I enjoyed the diversity & the eclectic types of music that were easily accessible to all of us on FM radio. For many years radio was a great way to hear new sounds, songwriters, bands, etc. Unfortunately, times have changed & with few exceptions this is no longer the case. So at the turn of the millenium, I founded Da Vigi Music & Dharmapala Records.
I had a car accident in 2001 which left me unable to play guitar for almost a year. This gave me time to turn my attentions to producing & developing new projects as I healed”.
